• Our party rentals are to remain on the premises of the delivery address during the entire rental timeframe. At no time should the rental equipment be moved to another location. Any attempt to do so will prevent you from being able to rent again in the future.
• Once permanent structure items have been secured and staked/tethered down such as Tents, Bounce Houses, Waterslide, etc. it is forbidden to be moved or rearranged in any manner. This is prohibited due to the safety of your guest, as well as our equipment. Failure to adhere to this policy will waive any liability of Davis Party Rentals LLC and may incur damage fees on behalf of the renter.
• Please account for all items before we leave premises, if items are missing we will have to charge a replacement fee of current market value/price for that item.
• All rentals require a mandatory security deposit of at least $50 or the amount of total order (whichever is lesser) to hold your booking date. This deposit goes towards your balance. Any deposit(s) not received within 24hrs of booking, will be subject to cancellation without notice and you will be required to resubmit booking within availability. Any cancellation within 24 hours of event date will be subject to forfeiture of deposit. Full balance of rental will be required no later than the day prior to your event date, no exceptions! Deposits are non-refundable with the exception of a natural disaster or owners discretion.
LATE BOOKING FEE
• All bookings are subject to additional fees such as a convenience fee of at least $35 if rentals are booked within 24 hours of event date. There is also a priority delivery fee of $25 that will be added to your order if delivery is requested prior to our normal operating hours of 11am.
PRIORITY DELIVERY FEE
• Priority delivery guarantees your delivery will occur no later than 9am.
AMENITIES CENTER DELIVERY FEE
• Any items being delivered to the Amenities Center will be charged up to a $70 delivery convenience fee. This fee is implemented due to the nature of the Amenities Center facility access restrictions/limitations.

DAVIS PARTY RENTALS offers a full weather guarantee! If there is inclement weather (Rain or wind gusts exceeding 25KM) forecasted by The Weather Channel Slidell, Our Staff will contact you the day before your event to discuss your options. You will be notified by 8am on the day of your booking if we are forced to cancel your event.
All Cancellations are completely at the discretion of DAVIS PARTY RENTALS
Rain Dates can be arranged but are subject to availability.
Payment is required prior to delivery of the rental items.
• For the safety of everyone, especially children, please do NOT allow anyone to play on or around the display. Our items WILL NOT support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it.
• Please DO NOT attach balloons to any part of the display, Balloons get hot in the sun and could damage our property if it touches the sign.
• If you have a LAWN CREW coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we set up.
• Please DO NOT remove our signs from your yard for any reason. Please contact us if they need to be removed. We will be happy to take them down early.
Davis Party Rentals and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental.
ALL SIGNS ARE PROPERTY OF Davis Party Rentals, LLC, you are responsible for any damage.
*** We will not be able to deliver if there is lightening or severe hazardous weather. If we are unable to set up your greeting due to severe weather, you will receive a full refund.
If you must cancel your yard greeting, please do so 48 hours before your scheduled delivery to apply your submitted payment to future booking.
